CONSULTANT M. ELKOLALY MEMBERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME
OUR MISSION
We aim to provide postgraduate posts for dentists who completed their primary dental qualification. Attached to this post, the dentist receives training that allows him to sit the exams of the Diploma in Membership of The Royal College. Moreover, we train the dentist to a specialty level that is recognized by primary care trusts, teaching and regulatory organizations.
OUR VISION
We are aiming to be the best team in the Middle East, providing postgraduate education, according to the British standards. We aim to help increasing the number of specialist in the Middle East holding international degrees and to connect more dentists to The Royal College.
CLASS OVERVIEW
The specialty trainee will exhibit an understanding and a breadth and depth of knowledge of specialty.
Develop the ability to systematically plan the management of a clinical problem and the necessary practical and surgical skills.
Develop the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with referring clinicians, in order to coordinate the efficient delivery of care.
Develop sufficient understanding of research to critically assess classical or new research work.
An ability and motivation to maintain the responsibilities related to continuing professional development and using a life-long learning philosophy.
Full knowledge and practice of clinic governance issues.
An appropriate attitude and understanding of ethical and societal issues and the place of their specialty in the overall healthcare spectrum.
The specialty trainee will maintain the standards of practice in dentistry and specialty.
